Quality control & grading
Cleaning, sortex colour sorting, calibration and moisture control against your written specification, with pre-shipment samples and photographic records at each stage.
Export documentation
Certificate of origin, phytosanitary and veterinary certificates, halal certification, fumigation, weight and quality certificates, customs declaration — prepared in-house and presented complete.
Freight & forwarding
Inland trucking to Modjo dry port, container booking on the Djibouti corridor, and air cargo allocation out of Bole for time-critical consignments.
Cold chain handling
Pre-cooling, cold storage and reefer or air-freight transport for produce and meat, with temperature logging available end to end.
Trade finance support
Guidance on workable L/C wording, CAD and TT arrangements, and document presentation through major Ethiopian commercial banks and their correspondents.
Warehousing & consolidation
Fumigated dry storage at origin and in Addis Ababa, with consolidation of mixed lots into full container loads for smaller buyers.
Market & compliance advisory
Guidance on Ethiopian export procedure, destination import requirements, MRL and labelling rules, and realistic seasonal availability before you commit.
Import supply & clearance
For the inbound side: supplier sourcing, letter of credit, freight, customs clearance at Modjo or Bole, and delivery to your site anywhere in Ethiopia.

Checked four times before it leaves Ethiopia
Rejections at destination are expensive for everyone. Our quality gates are placed so that a problem is found while it can still be fixed — not after the vessel sails.
- At purchase. Origin lots sampled and tested for moisture, purity and defect count before we pay for them.
- After processing. Post-cleaning verification against the contract specification, with results recorded per lot.
- Before loading. Representative sample drawn and, where nominated, third-party inspection by SGS, Intertek or Bureau Veritas.
- At stuffing. Container inspected for cleanliness and dryness, bag count verified, seal number photographed and reported to you.
