Send product, specification, quantity, destination port and incoterm. You receive an indicative offer, usually within one business day.
Sample & approval
We courier a representative sample against the offered lot. Nothing is contracted until the sample is approved in writing.
Contract & payment terms
Sales contract issued with agreed quality clause, shipment window and payment instrument — L/C at sight, CAD or TT.
Sourcing & processing
Origin purchase, cleaning, grading, sorting and packing under our supervision, with progress photographs shared as we go.
Inspection & documentation
Third-party inspection where nominated, fumigation, phytosanitary or veterinary certification, certificate of origin and customs declaration.
Shipment & documents
Container sealing, transit via Djibouti or air cargo from Bole, then the full document set released through the agreed banking channel.
